How to use the free time fruitfully. ?

Firstly, We can read books and papers 

You know well the Importance of reading. 

Secondly, we can connect the activities to day to day life and education. 

Thirdly, we can reduce the screen time.

We can involve physically. 

Then we should be physical & mental well being

We should be try to make self confidence, personal development & growth

Time is very valuable one.
